RENTAL
Price quoted is per week and includes use of house and garden, initial cleaning, electricity, domestic towels and bedlinen (changed weekly). Gas usage for cooking, hot water and heat is charged on an as used basis.

RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period will normally run from Saturday to Saturday. We would ask guests not to arrive before 4:00 PM on the first Saturday to allow adequate time for cleaning, and to vacate the property by 10:00 AM on the final day for the same reason.

DEPOSIT
An initial deposit of 25% of the total rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before the commencement of your stay. Both the deposit and the full rental are returnable only if it proves possible to relet the property, less any expenses incurred. Cancellation must be given in writing.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail, but will not be considered confirmed until the deposit and signed booking form are received. All bookings will be confirmed in writing once these have been received. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to departure must be accompanied by the full amount due. Failure to remit any balance due within the specified time automatically leads to cancellation of the contract.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A returnable breakage deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be returned to you within 15 days after your holiday ends, assuming that no damage to the property has been sustained. Any damages or breakages will, however, be deducted from this deposit, and you will be notified promptly.

CLEANING
The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh linen provided. Used bed linen and towels will be removed weekly and fresh items supplied. However, there should be an ample supply in the house to cover most eventualities. Daily maid service may be contracted separately payable in advance.

TELEPHONE AND INTERNET
Fixed line telephone is available but will be charged according to useage. Broad Band access is available and charged as used. We suggest that you bring or rent a cellular phone during your for use during your stay.

INSURANCE
Although the house is being let in good faith and every effort has been made to ensure that you have a happy and safe holiday, we cannot accept any liability for any losses or damage to guests; property or for any personal injury sustained on the premises. It is the responsibility of the client to be insured during their stay.

NO SMOKING
No ashtrays are furnished in the house as it is a no smoking environment.

GUESTS
Guests are asked that they not bring children under 12 years of age to Casa al Vento.

AVAILABILITY & RATES
Availability for the weeks stay is shown in white. Dates shown in yellow are taken. If you see a date that you must have please email us and we will make a final check on the rental period.Pricing for the times shown are in US Dollars and are based on a Saturday to Saturday stay. A link to a currency conversion table is provided for your convenience.

LIMITATIONS
....We do not allow children under the age of 12 in the rental party.
....Locked doors and cabinets inside the house will indicate owners' private spaces. Please do not violate or force entry.
....The technical room door will be locked (located under the exterior stairway). If there is a technical problem you should call the property manager for assistance.
....The last part of the road (strata) to our house is a typical Tuscan gravel road. It is a good road, but is not suitable for sports cars or any vehicle with a low chassis. Any damage to vehicles shall be the responsibility of the person renting the house.
....We recommend that you bring a cellular phone or rent one from your car rental company or airport.
