"I offer a couple of options for staying at my house. One is to stay solely as a rental... In such case you are on your own to plan and go as you will. The second option is to stay as my house guest...with me in residence... You would have breakfast every morning and a driver and guide for your excursions. In addition to this you can choose from the following to fill your time.

1. There will be a cook available for planned evening meals at the villa

2. Cooking classes conducted by me with the assistance of local cooks

3. A spa day

4. A shopping day (major designer outlets are near)

5. A day of local tours(or more if you prefer)

6. Participation in local events and festivals (depending on the time you are there) Arezzo is host to the largest antiques fair in all of Italy. It happens the first full week-end of every month, and it is spectacular!

7. Reservations at the areas best and most interesting resturants.

8. Horseback riding and hiking in the beautiful area around Casa Al Vento.

9. A visit to the Chianti wine region and hill towns.

10. A visit to Florence for the museums and /or shopping.

11. Visit local artisans for cheese, mushrooms, wine, and ceramics.

There are so many possibilities available in this area, it is impossible to list them all. Besides.. the list changes week-by-week...season-by-season. I will be happy to address any special interests not mentioned. Just ask."

Any comments will be welcomed. I am sure there are many things left unsaid, but I am not sure just how much I should specify at this point. I really want the different groups to have the freedom to tailor the week to their particular wants and interests.
